EMERGENCY NOTICE OF WATER SHUTDOWN.
Gilgandra Shire Council wishes to advise residents of Warren Road (Oxley Highway) and Bundy Street that it will be conducting emergency water main and hydrant maintenance. Work will commence at 7:30 am on Wednesday, 11th February 2026.
The work will be located near the intersection of Warren Road, Bundy Street, and Station Street. Traffic control will be in place on Warren Road during this period.
There will be a temporary interruption to the water supply between 8.30 am and 5 pm. Residents are encouraged to have adequate drinking water stored and turn off all water-dependent appliances during the above planned water interruption time.

Council acknowledges there will be some unavoidable inconvenience to residents and apologises for this. Every effort will be made to minimise disruption to the normal water supply.
