Gilgandra Fitness Centre

Gilgandra Fitness Centre is located within the Gilgandra Youth Services complex at the corner of Hall Street and Wrigley Streets. The gym boasts a selection of weights and machines as well as running regular classes.

30 minute High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T )*

Timetable for coming week/s:

Monday: 9.30-10am, 4.30-5pm and 5.30-6pm

Tuesday: 4.30-5pm and 5.30-6pm

Wednesday: 9.30-10am, 4.30-5pm and 5.30-6pm

Thursday: 4.30-5pm and 5.30-6pm

Friday: 9.30-10am

Maximum of 10 per class.

Participants must bring enclosed shoes, towel and drink bottle, and must not attend if they are unwell. Classes will be held in indoor basketball gym. Participants must leave as soon as class is complete.

*30 minute H.I.I.T classes – No equipment used, body weight resistance training together with cardio.
