Notice is hereby given that a Development Application (DA) has been lodged with Gilgandra Shire Council through the NSW Planning Portal for additions and alterations to an office premise, Council reference DA 2026/640.

Gilgandra Heritage Draft Policy & User Guide on Public Exhibition

On Display Indefinitely

The Draft Heritage Colours for Gilgandra Heritage Precinct User Guide and Heritage Values Policy documents are currently on public exhibition for feedback for 28 days. The document is available in electronic format and can be downloaded from Council’s website: www.gilgandra.nsw.gov.au.
Written submissions, addressed to the General Manager, will be accepted up to 5pm on Tuesday, 31 March 2026.
