The proposal includes an extension at the rear of the building.

Notice is hereby given that a Modification Development Application (DA) has been lodged with Gilgandra Shire Council through the NSW Planning Portal for 7 Pines Drive, Gilgandra (Lots 7,8,9,10, DP261414) which has an existing approval for General Industry (manufacture of silos). The proposal seeks to reduce the size of proposed industrial shed.
