Ranger Services

Gilgandra Shire Council's Ranger is responsible for ensuring that animals are looked after and are not menacing or a nuisance to the public. Pet ownership is a big responsibility and the Ranger is here to help with advice and information about all animal related topics.

Hours 

The normal hours of work for our Ranger are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. For all enquiries during these hours, please Contact Us.

Outside of this we provide an emergency after hours service. Please phone Gilgandra Shire Council on 02 6817 8800 and follow the prompts.
