Gil Care Connect invites current and new clients, volunteers, family and friends to a Support at Home Information Session at The Gil Library Hub on Tuesday, 4 November at 10.00 am. Come along to learn more and enjoy some light refreshments.
The new Support at Home program will replace the Home Care Packages Program and Short-Term Restorative Care Program from 1 November 2025. Support at Home will bring together current in-home aged care programs, ensuring a simpler and more equitable system for older people that helps them to stay at home for longer.
