Recognising the essential role that youth play in shaping the future of the region and the Towards 5000 population Vision, the Council has embarked on the creation of a Youth Strategy.

The successful respondent will be required to provide the following deliverables:

  • Community Consultation
  • Desktop Research
  • Strategic Alignment
  • Writing the Plan
