NOTICE OF ROAD CLOSURE PROPOSAL
Notice is hereby given that Gilgandra Shire Council has received an application for the closure of an Unformed Public Road, The Unformed Public Road adjoins Denmire Road Mendooran and travels through the property “Pine Ridge ” North of Lot 12 DP39904 & South of Lot 9 DP754294
The application for the proposed road closure may be inspected from Monday, 7 March 2022 to Monday, 11 April 2022 at Gilgandra Shire Administration, 15 Warren Road, Gilgandra, NSW 2827.
Any interested person may, within the aforementioned period, make written submission to the Gilgandra Shire Council with respect to such proposed road closure. If your comments are an objection, then the grounds of the objection must be specified.
Any submissions that you wish to make on this proposal may be included without alteration (including names and addresses) in reports that are available to the public, in Council business papers (which are published on Council's Website) and also made available to the applicant for comment during consideration of the road closure. Anonymous submissions may be given less (or no) weight in consideration of the proposal.
