Due to staff shortages, the opening hours of Council’s Service NSW agency will need to be amended for 6 weeks from Monday, 17 July to Friday, 25 August.
During this time, the RMS counter operations will be closed from 12.30pm to 1.15pm and the agency will close at 1.00pm on Fridays. The operating hours Monday to Thursday remain the same (8.30am to 4.00pm) except for the counter closure for lunch.
Recent staff changes has led to one staff member only who is qualified in RMS operations. Training is being organized to qualify other staff members during the 6 weeks in question.
Operating hours from Monday, 17 July to Friday, 25 August:
• Monday: 8.30am to 12.30pm and 1.15pm to 4.00pm
• Tuesday: 8.30am to 12.30pm and 1.15pm to 4.00pm
• Wednesday: 8.30am to 12.30pm and 1.15pm to 4.00pm
• Thursday: 8.30am to 12.30pm and 1.15pm to 4.00pm
• Friday: 8.30am to 1.00pm
