Q21/24 - Supply of one new PSA Class 5.5 4WD Backhoe Loader

Council is seeking quotations for the supply and delivery of one new 4WD backhoe loader that meets the PSA classification 5.5 and as specified below, with the optional trade of the machine listed under “TRADE IN”.

It is expected that when the machine is delivered to Council’s depot a machine induction is given to the relevant staff and be documented.

It is essential that the quotation Form be fully completed and submitted via the Tenderlink website. Failure to complete this documentation could result in disqualification from the tender process. Late quotations will not be accepted.

The Non-Compliance Statement must be completed indicating if the tendered unit does not comply with any aspect of this specification.

If the quotation is accepted, any non-compliance item that is not listed will be supplied and fitted at the expense of the supplier.

Council would be happy to receive any brochures or advertising information in relation to this quotation, however we would request that you DO NOT send these via the Tenderlink website as the size of the information creates download problems.
