CAPITAL WORKS: Culvert demolition and installation on the Curban Biddon Road has been delayed due to recent flooding. It is expected to re-commence within the next couple of weeks, weather permitting.

Rehabilitation works on the Berrida Bullagreen Road has been delayed and will re-commence within the next couple of weeks, weather permitting.

Rehabilitation works continuing on John Renshaw Parkway on the section of road immediately prior to the Tooraweenah Lookout.

Roadside slashing will commence on various rural roads and highways within the Gilgandra Shire on Monday, 9 March, 2020.

Council will conduct routine chemical spraying for weed control at all parks, ovals and the cemetery commencing Monday, 2 March 2020. It is expected this will take approximately 4 weeks to complete, weather permitting. 

The recent rain and localised flooding of creeks has caused damage to a significant area of the road network. Council is endeavouring to rectify this damage and request that motorists drive to the conditions.

Road users and the public are reminded to please exercise caution where works are being undertaken.
