The Local Roads Hierarchy Plan is an integral part of Council’s Transport Asset Management Planning. The function of the Local Roads Hierarchy Plan is to assist with the planning, funding and recording of current and future maintenance, renewal and upgrade works required on our local rural and urban roads.
