• Continue to provide employment and work-related training for persons with developmental disabilities (both intellectual and physical) and/or acquired brain injury
• Comply with principles and objectives of the Commonwealth Disability Services Act
• Operate a viable small business or range of business activities

Carlginda Enterprises provides supported employment for persons with disabilities. The main activities are managing the Gilgandra Waste Facility and recycling collection service.
